FreeScumPoker for simplicity. Zero signup, instant rooms, mobile-friendly, has timer. For teams that need Jira sync, Jira's built-in poker or Easy Agile add-on. For async estimation, Parabol or Polly Slack bot.

Honestly FreeScumPoker covers 80% of needs - only switch to paid tools if you need specific integrations.

Miro with planning poker template. Already using Miro for retrospectives, why add another tool? Built-in video/audio, voting plugins available. Not purpose-built but works fine and reduces tool sprawl.

PlanningPokerOnline.com if you want features: story import from Jira/Trello, custom decks, session history, team analytics. $15/month but worth it for serious teams. Has everything.

Microsoft Teams Planner with reactions. We just share screen and everyone reacts with number emojis. Clunky but free and everyone's already in Teams. Don't overcomplicate it.

Scrum Poker Online for enterprise. SSO integration, GDPR compliant, audit trails. Overkill for small teams but if you're in regulated industry it's worth the premium. Actually has good UX too.
